Chandni Chowk To China, the first ever Bollywood Kungfu comedy takes you on a madcap Journey from the by-lanes of Chandni Chowk in Delhi, to Shanghai, the Great Wall and rural China, marrying in its wake hilarious gags, breathtaking action, spectacular locations, and heart stirring emotions.

Our protagonist Sidhu (Akshay Kumar) is the lowest on the totem pole, cutting vegetables at a roadside food stall in Chandni Chowk in Delhi. He longs to escape his dreary existence and looks for shortcuts- with astrologers, tarot readers and fake fakirs - believing anything except himself, despite his father figure Dada's (Mithun Chakraborty) best efforts. His redeeming moment arrives when two strangers from China claim him as a reincarnation of a war hero in the past and takes him to China. Sidhu now dreams of wine, women, and a princely existence in foreign lands. Thanks to the devious translator, a conman by the name Chopstick (Ranvir Shorey), little does he know that he is being taken to the Promised Land to rid the Chinese village of the vicious smuggler Hojo (Gordon Liu)!

Therefore, Sidhu blissfully sets forth to China with Chopstick who instigates dreams of a delicious future and forgets to reveal the perils, which await him. Along the way, he meets Sakhi (Deepika Padukone), Ms. Tele Shoppers Media (Ms. TSM) who has embarked on a journey to pay homage to the land of her birth and her dead father and twin. Initially, Sidhu through a series of lucky coincidences manages to sidestep being beaten by Hojo's men but finally Hojo catches up with him and exposes him as the country buffoon that he really is. Sidhu has the fire of revenge in his belly and finds the one man who will make him a Kungfu expert and set the village free. Armed with his Sifu (master), faith in himself and the love of the fair Sakhi, Sidhu sets forth to conquer all!

Raaz - The Mystery Continues...

Well, only time will disclose the real raaz about this RAAZ!

The Bhatt camp is all set to spook the audience with 'Raaz - The Mystery Continues', which is scheduled for release in January 2009.

The film will release Jan 23 next year. Though the film shares the title with the Bipasha Basu starrer, 'Raaz', which was also produced by Vishesh Films, the producers claim that the film is not a sequel.

While Vikram Bhatt directed "Raaz", Mohit Suri of "Woh Lamhe" fame is directing the new film.

"Raaz - The Mystery Continues" will star Emraan Hashmi, Kangana Ranaut and Shekhar Suman's son Adhyayan Suman.

Though the plot of the film remains unknown, it is expected to be a supernatural thriller. "The film will challenge one's beliefs about paranormal phenomenon," a press release said.

Actress Kangna Ranawat, appeared very excited to be a part of this film. Earlier, options were open for new faces after Bipasha's refusal opposite Emran Hashmi in this film. Luckily this opportunity fell in Kangna's lap and obviously she grabbed it. "I started my career with a Bhatt camp film and I am very happy that once again I am working with the same people", she exclaimed. Whereas Emran Hashmi, who is playing the ghost in this film, said, "I don't believe in ghosts, but, if the word ghost exists might be ghosts too exists. It is a different character as I am playing a ghost for the first time. For my audiences it will be a new flavour, till today they have seen me in a very chocolate-boy characters.

Whenever music wizard A.R.Rahman and iconic lyricist Gulzaar have come together they have always weaved magic. Right from Shah Rukh Khan's "Chaiyyan Chaiyyan" (DIL SE) to Aishwaryaand#150;Abhishek's "Tere Bina" (GURU), the duo has successfully serenaded the audience with some superb and soulful compositions. And of course things can get only better as they are now coming together in YUVVRAAJ for exand#150;showman, Subhash Ghai, a director who is very passionate about music.

With the first teaser of Ghai's magnum opus, YUVVRAAJ, carrying the hauntingly beautiful signature piano tune, a trademark Rahman (out on every channel) the curiosity and expectancy levels have only increased.

The stamp of approval for YUVVRAAJ's musical score comes from none other than the great lyricist Gulzaar himself. As per Gulzaar Sahab, the songs of YUVVRAAJ are 'magnificent' but he is quick to add that he is not saying this because he is the lyricist of the film. He gives all the credit to the director, Subhash Ghai and the music director, A.R. Rahman.

In fact, Gulzaar recently saw the songs of the film and was of the view that this is one of Rahman's best works till date. He further added that Subhash Ghai has picturised the songs beautifully. And that is because he is so involved with the music that very few can match up to his level.

When Khan will Take in Khan

WHO WILL WIN IN THIS FIGHT??

It was perhaps to be expected. After attacking Shah Rukh Khan in his blog, Aamir Khan has now decided to take the rivalry one step further, as the date for his next film, Ghajini has been pushed forward and will now clash with SRK's Rab Ne Bana De Jodi.

Ghajini, which is being directed by AR Murugadoss, was to be released in October. But following a few delays, the film's release has been now pushed forward to December 12, the same date when Aditya Chopra's Rab Ne Bana De Jodi, hits the theatres. Aamir's hamstring injury has further added to the delays pluging Ghajini. The film was first delayed because Aamir wanted to concentrate on Taare Zameen Par. And now that he has injured his hamstring, the actor is using it as an opportunity to oversee the release of his nephew Imraan Khan's debut, Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. His focus is his nephew right now. Incidentally, Jaane Tu too will clash with Harman Baweja's debut vehicle, Love Story 2050 on July 4. Anyway, to come back to Ghajini, it seems that Aamir himself is very keen that the film releases in December, because that is favourite time of the year for him. His Taare Zameen Par, which released in December last year, did exceptionally well. But this Aamir will be taking on not just SRK but the Chopras as well. So come December, we can expect another gigantic clash at the box office. Unless of course, one of the parties backs off.

Abhishek's 32nd birthday with Ash

He is the scion of one of the most cultured and talented families in Indian Cinema.

Abhishek Bachchan in his 32nd birthday today. The actor is perhaps in the best phase of his life. His honeymoon with wife Aishwariya continues. On the professional front too, he has reasons to feel good as he has three good releases coming up this year. Though born with the proverbial silver spoon in his mouth, Abhishek has had his fair amount of struggle before he managed to carve a place for himself as one of the leading lights of young Bollywood.

His wife Ash too has managed to find a good balance between her work and her professional life. One of the biggest films of her career as well, Ashutosh Gowarikar's Jodha Akbar is due for release this month. Currently, the actor is in Jaipur, shooting for Dilli 6.

It is believed that he held a small party for close friends and family, to ring in his birthday. His wife and his parents specially flew in for the occasion. The Big b flew in from Shimla where is shooting for Shoojit Sirkar's next. Ash had flown in on Monday morning to celebrate her hubby's first birthday after marriage. Also present were close friends like Kunal Kapoor, Goldie, Apoorva Lakhia and a few others. Abhishek has been lodged in a plush farmhouse, provided by UTV, the film's producers, which became the venue for the party as well..
